Insta-Pro® International offers processing equipment and technologies for post-harvest agriculture.  The nucleus of our technologies is dry extrusion, a mechanical and chemical-free process patented in the 1960’s by the founders of the company.

Oilseed processing and nutrition is our main focus, with an emphasis on soybeans, but our technology can also be used to successfully process a wide variety of oilseeds, including cottonseed, canola/rapeseed, sunflower and palm kernel.  To do this, we sell a full line of extruders, oil presses, containerized feed plants, and oil refining equipment – all of which is used to produce high-quality livestock feeds, pet and aquatic feeds, by-products, specialty ingredients, human food, and textured soy protein (TSP). 

To date, our technology has been sold worldwide and is ideal for processing organic, non-GMO, and specialty seeds for either animal or human consumption. Our equipment, though, can do more than just create high quality livestock meals or human food ingredients, as it’s also at the frontline of extracting crude oil – which can then be further refined into high-quality food ingredients or bio-diesel thanks to a strategic partnership with TechnoChem International.
