Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist position will be located at our Grimes, Iowa Headquarters and will report to the Marketing Director. The right candidate should be a strategic, out-of-the-box thinker who will work to raise awareness of the Insta-Pro brand.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Create, execute and conduct reporting analysis on digital marketing campaigns such as automated email campaigns, website pages, etc.
Implement and optimize SEM and SEO strategies
Maintain multi-lingual website & weekly blog
Work within Marketing Automation software & CRM database
Direct social media efforts to maximize impact
Design marketing materials such as brochures, monthly newsletter, videos, and presentations
Plan and execute marketing related events such as customer workshops, tradeshows and webinars

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain calendar of events
Assist with market analysis
Maintain video and photographic media files
Procure & fulfill requests for promotional items, literature and sales aids
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications, or related field and 1-3 years related marketing experience, or equivalent education and experience
Experience with Adobe Suite Software required
Experience in Marketing Automation software preferred
Professional writing experience preferred
Experience in WordPress a plus
Agriculture background a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
