For all its accolades throughout centuries, raw soybeans do have one inherent weakness in regard to its consumption. Soybeans have a measurable quantity of anti-nutritional factors that can interfere with the nutritional intake of animals and humans.
Independent studies at leading universities and research institutes have overwhelmingly concluded that the Insta-Pro high shear extrusion process mitigates those anti-nutritional factors to safe levels without degrading the valuable quantities of protein.
